Abrevento is a Puerto Rico event marketplace operated by TPF LLC. We use the information you provide to help clients request event services and help vendors respond to those requests.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, phone number, email address, event date, event location, guest count, budget range, selected services, and messages you submit through Abrevento.
How we use information
We use this information to create event requests, notify relevant vendors, provide customer support, improve Abrevento, and send transactional updates related to your event or vendor account.
SMS consent
If you provide your phone number and request event services, join Abrevento as a vendor, or otherwise opt in, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages from Abrevento (TPF LLC) related to your event requests, leads, quotes, bookings, reminders, and account activity. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
WhatsApp messaging
If you opt in through Abrevento (by checking the WhatsApp consent box), you agree to receive transactional WhatsApp messages from Abrevento, a brand of Tu Punto Focal LLC, sent from +1 787-354-1866, related to your event requests, leads, quotes, bookings, reminders, and account activity. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply BAJA or STOP to opt out at any time. Reply AYUDA or HELP for help. WhatsApp consent is separate from SMS consent, is never assumed from simply providing a phone number, and is not a condition of using Abrevento. WhatsApp opt-in data is not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We keep a record of your consent (date, the exact text shown, source, and number) for compliance and audit purposes.
Sharing
We share event request details with vendors when needed to respond to your request. We do not sell your personal information. Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Data protection
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we limit access to information to the people and systems that need it.
Your rights and data deletion
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. To delete your account and personal data, contact us through abrevento.com or reply to any of our messages. When you request deletion, we permanently remove or irreversibly anonymize your personal information (name, email, phone number, and messages) and keep only non-identifying records we are required to retain for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes. We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law. If you are located in a jurisdiction with additional data-protection rights (such as the European Union under GDPR, or California under the CCPA), you may also have rights to access, port, or restrict the processing of your data — contact us to exercise them.
